The new generation Expandable Trailer represents a technical evolution of an already proven concept. Rather than redefining the product, the development process focused on strengthening core systems, refining structural elements, and improving operational reliability. The result is a trailer that maintains the same fundamental principle, compact transport combined with on-site expansion, while offering greater stability, improved climate performance, and more controlled deployment.
One of the most substantial updates can be found in the hydraulic and levelling systems. The expansion process now benefits from synchronised movement between the floor and wall sections, creating a more balanced and predictable unfolding sequence. This reduces mechanical stress during deployment and increases overall precision. In addition, the integrated automatic levelling system allows the trailer to stabilise at the push of a button, limiting manual intervention and ensuring consistent positioning on different surfaces. Together, these adjustments contribute to a faster and more controlled setup process, typically manageable by a single operator.
Structural refinements also play a central role in this new generation. The frame construction has been improved to enhance rigidity and long-term durability, particularly important for trailers that are deployed and retracted frequently. The exterior design has been subtly refined with clearer lines and a more cohesive finish, but the primary focus lies beneath the surface: strengthening the structure to support repeated use across demanding environments. The standardised kingpin height of 112 cm further improves logistical predictability, simplifying tractor pairing and transport planning.
Climate performance has been addressed through multiple upgrades. Floor insulation has been increased from 30 mm to 50 mm, improving thermal resistance and interior comfort in both warm and cold conditions. In parallel, air-conditioning capacity has been expanded to better support technical equipment, higher occupancy, and operation in warmer climates. These changes make the interior environment more stable during longer deployments or intensive event use.
Despite these refinements, the spatial concept remains consistent. During transport, the trailer stays within standard road dimensions of 13.6 meters in length and 2.55 meters in width. Once expanded on site, it reaches a total width of 4.83 meters, creating 61 square meters of flat surface area and approximately 152 cubic meters of interior volume. The expanded space is structurally integrated and unobstructed, allowing it to function as a showroom, workspace, hospitality unit, or presentation environment without temporary add-ons.
Access and usability have also been improved. Updated staircase solutions, including a spiral staircase and folding stairs, provide safer and more practical entry options depending on configuration. Operational control remains straightforward through remote operation, reinforcing the trailerâs focus on efficiency and repeatability.
In essence, the new generation Expandable Trailer is not a conceptual shift but a technical refinement. Each adjustment, whether structural, mechanical, or environmental, contributes to a more stable, predictable, and durable mobile space designed for professional, repeated use.
