Pivot Factory Racing travels between some of Europe’s most demanding mountain bike racing venues during the 2026 season. Its Expandable Touchdown 44ft serves as a mobile workshop, rider recovery area, kitchen and shared team base within the paddock. By bringing mechanics, riders and support staff together in one familiar environment, the unit helps the team stay focused and prepared throughout race week.
At the highest level of mountain bike racing, the action does not stop when a rider crosses the finish line. Between practices and race runs, mechanics are tuning bikes, riders are recovering and the wider team is preparing for whatever the mountain brings next. For the 2026 season, Pivot Factory Racing created a new mobile pits setup around an Expandable Touchdown 44ft. Moving between some of Europe’s most demanding mountain bike venues, the unit gives the team a familiar base at every stop on the calendar. Inside, the space follows the natural rhythm of race week. Dedicated mechanic areas allow the bikes to be tuned and repaired close to the course. Rider lockers, seating, kitchen facilities and a physiotherapy area bring the rest of the team’s preparation under the same roof. “We’ve got a couple of mechanics’ areas. This is where the bikes get tuned and worked on all throughout the week,”

The space continues onto the roof. With bar tables and open views across the race venue, the rooftop terrace gives the riders and crew a different perspective on the places they travel to compete.
