Our new Expandable Touchdown trailer features an innovative design for a roof terrace, complete with an integrated staircase. This addition maximizes the usable space, offering a unique and elevated experience.
Can solar panels be fitted on the roof?
Absolutely, our movable spaces are designed to accommodate solar panels on the roof. Depending on the surface area and the type of panels used, you can harness up to 4 kW of solar power under ideal conditions, enhancing the eco-friendliness and energy efficiency of our units.
How does Expandable prevent damage to the glass panels? Do they break?
Our glass panels, certified for automotive industry use, exemplify durability and safety. The chassis of our units is designed to provide maximum protection to the glass, minimizing the risk of breakage. This advanced design ensures the integrity and longevity of the glass components in our Expandable movable spaces.
Is an external power source required to set up the trailer?
No external power source is needed for setting up our Expandable movable spaces. They come equipped with an integrated power pack and batteries, ensuring a self-sufficient setup process. The batteries are automatically recharged once connected to the main power, making our products ideal for remote and off-grid applications.
What coupling heights are suitable for the trailer?
Our Expandable Trailers are designed to accommodate varying coupling heights, offering two versions: one with 17.5-inch wheels for a coupling height of 980 mm, and another with 19.5-inch wheels suitable for a coupling height of 1150 mm. The adjustable ride height feature in the suspension allows for other coupling heights, ensuring versatility and compatibility with different towing vehicles.
Can the air conditioner also heat the unit?
Absolutely, the air conditioning units in our Expandable movable spaces are versatile, providing not only cooling but also efficient heating capabilities. This dual function ensures a comfortable environment inside the trailer regardless of the external weather conditions.
